John is the Founder and Chief Motivator at Method3 Fitness. He has over 15 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and has been involved in health, fitness and sports for over two decades.

"Simply put, my purpose is to help people achieve their goals and live the best version of themselves and have fun doing it!", he says about his job title.

He has helped motivate hundreds of bay area residents to achieve their fitness and fat loss goals. 

While not at in Method3, you can find John rocking his own workouts with partner-in-crime and wife Sara and relaxing with a good book about vampires, dragons and wizards.
